Inspired by his passion for vintage carriages, Danco has built up his own, one-of-a-kind museum over the years, containing numerous vehicles and traditional tools dating back to the 19th century. The museum still contains all of the beautiful sleighs that Danco can no longer use, as well as a remarkable collection of tools that illustrates the history of the Engadin’s farming people.
The exhibit is completed by a collection of vintage photographs that are not only a valuable historic record but also a cherished personal memory.
“This project is very close to my heart. I want to be able to show the next generations how people used to live and work in the past. Humanity must learn about its past to understand how things work in the present day”.
